Genograms – A Family Pattern and Genealogy Tool

May 28, 2020 by Jennifer Holik

There are so many ways to look at our genealogy and military family history in deeper ways than just compiling a family tree. The Genogram, a diagram outlining the history of the behavior patterns (as of divorce, abortion, or suicide) of a family over several generations, is one tool that can be useful to dive deeper into your past and also heal your present.

what does a genogram look like?

The best way to show you what a genogram looks like is to give you something interactive. View a short Genogram video depicting the Skywalker family from Star Wars.

how are genograms helpful?

Genograms can show us through various symbols showing relationships, births, marriages, deaths, patterns, and some biographical data, what is happening in a family at a point in time. Therapists use genograms to explore what a new client is dealing with at the time they start therapy. One nice thing about a genogram is it can be continually expanded as new information comes in or the therapy sessions continue.

So if this is a tool for therapists, why should family historians or those seeking to do self-healing use it? I use it because it shows the family patterns and issues we may not otherwise see. Sometimes a visual example is better than a story.

When I completed my genogram in December 2019, while reading the book Family Secrets by John Bradshaw, I was astounded and shocked that I was living pieces of my paternal grandparent’s lives. Not the blessing part of their lives but the burdens. Expanding this again in May 2020 I learned even more patterns I was carrying forward in my life and relationships, not only on the paternal side but the maternal side. John’s book helped me explore many aspects of my family history and he gives many examples of how family historians can use genograms in a simple way.

This knowledge created a turning point for me in which I had to choose to continue these patterns or allow them to surface and look at the dark side of my family and personal history. Look at the choices I’ve made unconsciously, that now I can bring to the conscious level and explore. What is working? What is not? What can I let go of or change? Do I still have to repeat negative or destructive patterns? It is all a choice.

Other uses of a genogram for self & family healing

Interestingly, this diagram can be used for so much more than behavioral patterns. We can map out the beliefs and patterns for an individual and family relating to the following topics. This information can help us explore our personal patterns and negative traits in relationship to different areas of our life. Looking at these areas can allow old patterns and inherited ancestral burdens to come out of the dark into the light to look at. Once we are able to look at these things, we can heal and release them so they not longer affect us or our ancestors or descendants.

Book Review – Between the Lines

May 27, 2020 by Jennifer Holik

Family patterns and secrets, the known and unknown, can really create chaos in our lives when not explored, acknowledged and healed. Family Constellations is one way to work with family patterns and explore the past.

Family Constellations is a system created by the late Bert Hellinger to help individuals and families see the known and unknown in a family system (constellation) and work to heal and release those patterns. This is important because we all, consciously or unconsciously, are living pieces of our parents, siblings, or ancestors’ lives, usually in ways that mess us up and keep us stuck.

I learned about Family Constellations several years ago but only in the last year have I really begun to dig into the depths of it. After reading a few books on the subject, I discovered Nikki MacKay, an author, family constellator, and therapist in the U.K. who specializes in this and writes about it in a way anyone can use it. Her methods of explaining how to do a constellation alone or with a group opened up many doors for me.

Nikki’s book Between the Lines. Healing the Individual and Ancestral Soul with Family Constellation is a great starter guide for those like me, who need their hand held a bit more to fully understand this process.

I recently received another one of her books that was published later (more on that in a different article). I think she took sections of her first book and greatly expanded it for the next. I like this approach because it gives people greater choice on how to proceed.

In Between the Lines, Nikki takes us on a journey through Family Constellations and explains in just over 100 pages how to start working with it, the benefits, what entangles us with our ancestors, and possible outcomes. She also explains how some of the entanglements between us and a family member(s) can create continued destructive or negative living patterns in our lives.

For example, through some prior family patterns work and several tools in addition to Nikki’s book, I realized I am living out and standing in for entanglements and issues for my Grandpa Joe and Grandma Libbie. Several things about their lives and the war have affected me. Only I didn’t realize it until last year. There are many similarities between how they lived and patterns I unconsciously recreated in my life and one particular relationship.

When I first realized this late last year it FREAKED ME OUT!  I was angry, scared, happy, uncertain, and many other emotions. To be honest, I’d spent the last 6-7 years focused on my maternal line and the healing I knew I had to do for me and that side. I was ignoring – consciously my paternal side out of fear and other things I couldn’t name until last September when Libbie showed up and gave me some big awareness. Then I started looking more and healing my issues that also come down the ancestral lines from them and even before them.

Reading Nikki’s two books has given me even more tools to use to explore the entanglements and release them. To step into the more authentic ME as I work through the past. To stop repeating relationship patterns and negative things that only mess up my life and joy and really – to some extent my intimate relationship.

So what’s next? Well I plan to finish her other book I bought. Waiting on a third to arrive that she wrote. I will be incorporating her techniques into my personal healing and meditation and journaling sessions. I will also be teaching a little of this in my new Ancestral Souls Healing Circle Membership program I’m launching soon. New Online Class – Dr. Judith Orloff’s Keys to Being a Healthy Empath

May 21, 2020 by Jennifer Holik

The Shift Network is offering a new course by Dr. Judith Orloff. Have you read any of her books on being an empath or handling the energy? I have two of them and they changed my life. Her tools are easy to use, she explains things in a way anyone can understand and offers positive energy.

If you’ve not taken a Shift Network class, I highly recommend it. Each class has several weeks’ worth of modules, usually a healing or exercise is done each class, and there is a worksheet for continued practice or writing. Most offer a private FB group in which you can also discuss and there is Q&A after each session. I’ve found these classes so valuable.

Register today to watch the free 60-minute webinar.

Dr. Judith Orloff’s Keys to Being a Healthy Empath: Practices for Protection, Surrender & Listening to Your Intuition During Stressful Times.

If you’re an empath or sensitive person, it’s more important than ever to reign in your extrasensory “feelers” — and start using your special intuitive powers to attend to your own physical and emotional wellbeing…

… so you’re not energetically drained by the world’s suffering, others’ stresses — and your own emotional triggers.

On Wednesday, May 27, bestselling author and psychiatrist Judith Orloff, MD, will share how you can start building effective energetic protection skills and lean into the art of surrender —  to become unburdened of toxic energies and able to transmute your life experiences –– in a free video event, Dr. Judith Orloff’s Keys to Being a Healthy Empath: Practices for Protection, Surrender & Listening to Your Intuition During Stressful Times.

You can RSVP for free here: https://shiftnetwork.infusionsoft.com/go/khe/a21099

During this self-empowering 60 minutes, you’ll:

  • Learn about your brain’s mirror neurons, and how they activate both your empathetic predisposition and your gift for greater sensitivity and intuition
  • Learn what intuitive healing means for empaths and sensitive people… and how to access this gift
  • Discover the key to surrendering to anxiety and fear, and how thinking and feeling it doesn’t mean you have to take it on energetically
  • Discover the importance of energetic protection in accessing, enjoying, and sharing your intuitive gifts
  • Experience a guided meditation to feel into the power of surrendering, so you can gain trust in the moment and be there for yourself and others

Judith teaches empaths, and everyone, how not to succumb to their triggers and all the cries of the world, and, instead, to listen first to their inner voice — what she calls the voice of energy.

To be a healer — for yourself and others — you need to feel your own strength. Judith can show you how to find this inner power consistently… through practices you can access quickly and easily.

You won’t want to miss this special hour to start enjoying each moment and your unique predisposition for greater compassion, love, and a clear knowing that can help you and others heal.

Book Review – Finding Peace

May 20, 2020 by Jennifer Holik

In my continued study of topics related to personal and ancestral healing, through some conference I registered for online I received an email about a webinar by Troy Love, author of the book Finding Peace. A Workbook on Healing From Loss, Neglect, Rejection, Abandonment, Betrayal, and Abuse.

He had  a free offer of a 5-day email course and after watching his short video about the course, I signed up and then purchased his book.

Books have a way of showing up in my life when I need them or one of my clients needs them. This book showed up for the people in my writing group specifically I discovered, but also for my personal healing.

Troy’s workbook takes you through a group therapy setting in which he introduces the cast of characters and their personal stories. All stories and people are fictional. His chapters then take the group, week by week, through some deep healing. While upon first flip through of the workbook, you may think the worksheets are not that in-depth or “exciting” but they can create massive transformation and deep healing if you do the work.

Chapters:

Week One – The Group and Wound Assessment (Core wounds we suffer)

Week Two – Core Beliefs

Week Three – Core Emotions

Week Four – The Shadows of Shame (there are six

Week Five – Numbing and Mutated Emotions

Week Six – Faith, Hope, and Compassion

Week Seven – Tattoo Removal (the ink stains of core wounds in your heart and body)

Week Eight – Peace and Pain

Throughout the book and each chapter, Troy also has some graphics that clearly show how we start with core wounds and work out through a circle adding layers of beliefs, emotions, shame, etc. This is similar to what I’ve seen in other healing books and classes but presented differently.

I think it’s important to study different teachers and approaches because we will pick something up from one and not another. We all heal and process in different ways.

I recommend this book for anyone starting to look at their personal core wounds, beliefs, emotions and healing. This workbook is easy to use, the narrative he presents for his group meetings give many perspectives of wounds and family history and patterns. It allows us to take personal responsibility for our choices and also to see that we aren’t alone in our wounds and feelings.

Further, I think this book can be used for you alone or in a small group setting, as Troy has illustrated. If you can find a core group of people to work with, create a safe, sacred, open, non-judgmental space – I see this working well.  You do not need to be a therapist to use this workbook.  However, if you feel things are triggering too much, you should consider seeking professional help.

What books have you read recently that our readers might find helpful? Please share in the comments.

Is Division Necessary in Family, Ancestors & Community Healing?

May 18, 2020 by Jennifer Holik

I contemplate many questions. Question to which there are no right or wrong answers. Questions that when asked in a safe, sacred space can create beautiful, healing discussions. Warning! This post may trigger some people. There are no right/wrong answers but I do give you a lot of questions to sit with.

Is creating division and separation really necessary to do personal, family, ancestral or community healing?

Last fall I read a book My Grandmother’s Hands by Resmaa Menakem about racialized trauma.  While his book is meant to be read over a period of time so people can work through all the exercises he provides, I read the book in about three days. Why?

My learning style, especially with books full of exercises or workbook pages is to read it through then start over. Also, I was hosting a webinar and felt this book would be important to mention. Reading it first to understand what it was about was important.

In this book, to achieve healing and remove white supremacy and racism from the country (his book is focused on America), we must separate and divide to do our work. White bodied people (Resmaa’s words) should do their work. Black/Brown bodied people (his words) should do theirs. Blue bodied people (his words – police) should do their work. It appears only in some cases can we come together to discuss.

Do you agree with this? I have several thoughts/answers to this question. What you feel is up to you. I am presenting different sides of the question to consider.

Yes I agree

When I first read the book and then went back through it, I could see why he broke people into groups. Just as it is true that a woman who has never gone through IVF or lost a baby, cannot fully understand what that is like. Or someone who has or had cancer – those who have not cannot fully understand all the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional things that come up. The same for those who are in white, brown/black or blue bodies. If in this life we are in one particular body with a specific lineage (we won’t even get into past lives) then we cannot fully understand someone else’s life and history. In some ways it makes sense that you would divide and work in groups of people like you with similar stories.

In division there can be created a safe space to discuss what comes up for a specific group – again whether you are talking about racism, cancer, loss, grief, etc.

No I do not agree

This is where I started asking questions on the other side. Earlier in 2020 I watched  a webinar Resmaa participated in, in which he talked about racialized trauma and his book concepts. Reading a book is one thing – if you read energy you pick up a certain energy that way. When you see someone teach, speak, online or in person, you have access to another level of energy.

The longer he spoke, the more the energies of anger, frustration, irritation rose. That may not have been apparent to all people watching but for me, being sensitive to energy, it really was. No longer did I feel all good things about his concepts.

I also began to wonder as a facilitator or speaker, should we be grounding and providing the information in a calmer manner, especially if the topic is triggering? Or is there a place for the anger to rise? If it does, will that turn people off from your message?

Recently in speaking with others about the concepts in my ancestral lineage healing group, most people, including those of color, were put off and angry that such a book could be written. After all, aren’t we trying to come together rather than separate?

After explaining the purpose behind it, most people in the conversation could see that perspective. They may not have agreed with it but could understand it. The entire conversation we had, which lasted about a half an hour was beautiful. Peaceful. Healing. Considering we had people in the group of color, white bodied people and at least one whose lineage contained KKK members, most people would think it would erupt into a violent abusive conversation.

It did not. It was healing and beautiful.

There is a part of me that feels the more we divide and encourage division and separation to do our work, the more of that we will see in the world. Where you put your attention and energy is what you create more of – whether you want it or not.

So if we continue to separate – are we creating more of that?

why do we have to divide and separate?

This brings me back to my original question. Why do we have to divide and separate and group people? This world and our country is so full of division. Media and social media have an agenda to continue promoting division, racism, inequality so those who choose to, continue to hate, be abusive, divide, murder, and assault.

More people are waking up to this agenda. More people are doing their personal inner work to heal themselves, their patterns, their lineage, so issues like this will maybe some day cease to exist.

So today I sit on the fence, one leg on each side, contemplating if division is the best way to heal. I can see both sides of the issue and for some people one way works where the other doesn’t.  There is no one right way to heal or do your inner work, no matter what the “experts” and “gurus”  and authors tell you.

Safety, Fear, and Our Ancestors

May 13, 2020 by Jennifer Holik

For the last decade I’ve studied the deeper layers of genealogy and family history. Explored the darker sides of family and ancestors. Looked at the grief, loss, war, fear they lived with, safety issues that existed, survival instincts, PTSD, inherited trauma and other related topics.

Exploring those topics has helped me do my own healing and today I’d like to talk about our current lives and forced isolation alongside our ancestors’ lives where the issues of fear and safety arise. I will provide just a little information around this topic with resources for you to explore.

fear and safety in our ancestors’ lives

Tregler family in Bohemia

If you look back in your genealogy, you will find many instances where your ancestors were living in fear and were unsure of their personal safety perhaps due to war or famine, political conflicts, immigration, or natural disasters. Those situations may have been shorter term and affected the ancestors for a period of time. They may have learned to live with the new normal that came after. Some may have shoved their emotions and feelings about it all deep inside to carry the rest of their lives while others were able to heal.

In cases where abuse and rape occurred, those fear and safety issues may have lingered the rest of the ancestor’s life. It has only been in more recent times that we are allowed to talk about these things and start to heal.

In either case, we, the descendants of our ancestors, carry their pain, trauma, fear, and safety issues in our DNA.  It is stored in our bodies and within our energy system – the chakras. I can personally say that doing chakra energy healing can shift out a lot of things we carry that aren’t even ours and make a huge difference in how we live. I’ll save that for another article. It will shock you how much we carry that messes us up that isn’t even ours.

Differences between fear & safety then versus now

I think it’s important to acknowledge the farther back we go in our family history, the less 24/7/365 media programming/brainwashing was available. Today we have news stations and social media channels blasting fear and panic over toilet paper, a virus, lockdowns, vaccines, and food shortages and killer hornets, and every other disease and way to die has been cured because CDC says covid is the only way people are dying now (or is it?) all…day…long.

And the narrative keeps changing – have you noticed? We are slowly being programmed to be in fear and rely more on the government and start to fear things outside our homes. There is a quote that goes something like, I never thought I’d see people so afraid to die that they stopped living.

Have you noticed how much of the world has stopped living?

Would you have been so afraid of the virus if the media had not told you to be afraid? Especially when studies are coming out now that show us it is less deadly than the flu? That the majority of people dying are in nursing homes (which already had care issues?)

Have you noticed the media said there will be no toilet paper so everyone ran out to buy it? We’ll be locked in our homes for decades – so there was a run on food? We can’t open the country safely unless we have a vaccine (even though Fauci said in the Senate Hearing yesterday the vaccine may not work or create more issues for those with prior health issues) – even though there are therapeutics that work (see latest France and Italy studies and what’s coming out in America outside of mainstream media.)

Why were we never told to be afraid when H1N1 came out in 2009? How many of us were so sick with that flu and the country stayed open? No shortage on toilet paper or food… makes you question right?  I remember being sicker than I’d ever been with three kids ages 8 and 4 (twins) to take care of and the government didn’t shut down the world.

Now look at your ancestors…

Less media interference may have created fewer issues with fear and safety. When you examine the propaganda/news created for WWII to get families to buy into the war effort THEN look at the propaganda/news created for WWI (a generation prior) and THEN look at propaganda/news for the generation before that, what do you notice?

  1. What kind of media did our ancestors have access to?
  2. Our parents? I’m 47 and my parents had access to TV, radio, magazines, and newspapers.
  3. My grandparents? TV (after WWII), radio, magazines, and newspapers.
  4. My great grandparents? Radio, magazines, newspapers. If they could read.
  5. My great great grandparents? Magazines, Newspapers, pamphlets (at least in the U.S. – in Europe I’m not sure as they were peasants and likely couldn’t read). Word of mouth news which as we know often is distored.

Start Asking questions

  1. What events did my ancestors go through that created fear?
  2. What events did my ancestors go through that created safety issues?
  3. How did my ancestors handle these events? (Did they ignore their emotions and push it down? Did they talk about it? Use faith/religion to see them through? Talk it out with a therapist or other healer?)
  4. How much have I bought into the fear propagated by the media and social media which is showing one side of the story?
  5. How am I handling this fear and concern over safety? Or am I content letting the governors take away my rights and force me to stay home where my finances are suffering, my health is suffering (mental and physical), my business may be suffering or I lose my job, my kids are suffering on many levels.
  6. What emotions and thoughts keep coming up for me throughout this lockdown? WHOSE thoughts and emotions are they? Mine or my ancestors? Mine or my friends?
  7. What fear or safety based issues keep coming up for me? Journal on this.
  8. What can I do to let go and release these thoughts and emotions that are not mine? Therapy, call a suicide prevention line, energy healing, chakra healing, journaling, exercise, etc.
These are only a few questions and areas to explore in your life and that of your ancestors’ lives. We are at a pivotal moment in history where we need to be exploring these issues and questions. To heal and release all those things that don’t serve us, but certainly mess up our lives. To ask more questions about the narrative being pushed on us all day long. To start LIVING again and making choices that align with our true heart and soul. Possibly the most important thing to start doing: Stop blaming everyone else for the choices you are making. What Energy Are Your Friends Living In? Is it Toxic for You?

May 12, 2020 by Jennifer Holik

The last two months of lockdown have served so many purposes for our planet and humanity. It has not been easy to accept on many levels. as the comforts and “normal” we lived with was taken away in a matter of minutes. The Mainstream media’s agenda is to push fear at us 24/7 and keep changing the narrative – which most people have been programmed to accept as TRUTH – to keep us under control. When people are afraid they are easier to control. The constant narrative change also means you don’t know who to believe or what is actually real and true.

Isn’t it time you start asking yourself and checking in with your intuition about what’s true for you?

Just because the media or your friends tell you something is true doesn’t make it true for you. Only you know what is true for you – so why aren’t more people checking in with themselves to ask? Because we aren’t taught how. We are also told to just follow the herd.

While I always try to be positive and share things that make people question this reality, many people are now going into the shame, blame, and verbal abuse energy. As an empath this is hard for me to live with. It is harder to live with when people you thought were your friends suddenly start blaming you for THEIR choices. Blaming or shaming you for having a different perspective or knowing about the world that they can’t access.

Somehow no matter what I post, my “friends” seem to think I’m responsible for the choices they made or how they have to live right now. So they blame, shame, post links to refute anything I share. As I shared in my article Did You Forget You Have a Choice in This Life?, I share things to inspire people or help them question this reality. It makes no difference to me what they choose. I’m not living their life. I don’t have to learn their lessons. I will also not take on their shame or blame or anything else they want to fling at me. Not mine. I am not responsible to fix it for you.

As many of us are moving more into this expansive space and setting firmer boundaries, it can start to be a lonely place. A frustrating place. A sad place. Quite honestly there are days it is hard to live with it all. However, when we step back and breathe, find a trusted friend or spiritual healer to talk to, we can more quickly move back into our energy and let the rest go. I do feel it is vital that we grieve, scream, laugh, cry, whatever our bodies need to do to release this energy as we keep transitioning. When it gets stuck it hurts and can create disease.

Over the last few weeks I’ve unfriended/unfollowed more than 300 people on various social media accounts. I’ve started blocking people who seem to live for trolling other people’s posts and start verbally abusing and shaming them. Even people I thought were my friends. That I’ve met in real life. Maybe that energy is fun for them. It doesn’t work for me. Thank you to all those people for showing me who you really are. Now I can continue on my path with less toxicity in my life.

When did this become an acceptable and ok way to be with each other? Blame. Shame. Verbal Abuse.

I think many things are factoring into this way of being for probably 90% of the planet.

  • Most people are not yet awake and seeing the truth of what’s really going on. There is a lot of corruption going on behind the scenes while we are safely locked at home that is coming out. Mainstream media is not showing you this because they have to follow the narrative but the news is about to break all over the world. It is going to shock you. If you want to know – start reading all the news sites that social media said were “unsafe. false.” Start questioning WHY you were pushed to believe this. Even Snopes is run by MSM to keep you to an agenda. Believe what you read or don’t. Ask questions. Come to your own conclusions and research more if you feel it’s necessary.
  • There is also a great awakening and shift in consciousness happening on the planet. We are all upgrading at our own pace. All on our own journeys. Some are much farther along and are aware of things the rest of the world isn’t and can’t be. You can only receive or hear what you are able to in that moment based on where you are in your transformation and life. The rest you will block or not see even if it is right in front of you. Your vibration has not reached a point you can see or hear it and process it.
  • Most people are grieving their lost lives/normal/way of being. Whatever that was for them. Some are grieving the deaths of loved ones. Grief makes us irrational and often unable to function in a higher vibration way than we normally might. Knowing this can help in how we react or respond during times of grief. In America and much of the world, we don’t talk about grief. We aren’t taught how to properly handle it or the complex emotions and thoughts that come with it. We ignore it and say it will go away after a few days. You know what – it doesn’t. You know what else? It’s OK to grieve what you have lost. At some point you will hopefully come out the other side and start creating the life you really want in this new reality.
  • Mainstream media, religion, education, government, has programmed us to be angry. Divide along certain lines. To blame anyone but ourselves for our choices. To stop taking responsibility for our choices and lives. To stop questioning anything and just follow the herd. Be a sheep. Is that really how you choose to live?

You’re allowed to set new boundaries & rules for your life

One of the spiritual teachers I’ve followed for years said in a class recently that her circle of friends is very tiny. Only certain people get access to who she really is. And if you cross her boundaries, which she set to live her life in a high vibrational, magical, anything is possible way – you’re out. That’s it.

I did some journaling around this and wrote a set of rules for who I will allow in my inner circle. You know what, it felt really good to set new boundaries about who gets to be in my space. It also opens up a new way for me to BE in the world and with the rest of humanity.

While we move through this transition, I feel it is important to examine our boundaries. Priorities. Rules by which we live. Whatever you want to call that. What is working? What no longer works? Who can you say goodbye to in your life to remove toxicity? Who should you allow in to promote growth and expansion of all that’s possible? These are choices only you can make. You have a choice to not stay in blame, shame, and verbal abuse.

What are you going to choose as your life now?

I invite you to journal on some of the topics in this article. What resonates for you? Where have you been afraid to remove people or energies from your life that drag you down and don’t allow you to create or expand?

It is not always and easy thing to let people and energies go. It takes inner strength, trust in our intuition and awareness, and powerful boundaries for ourselves. We are the only ones who can create our lives. We are the only opinion or voice who really matters in how we choose to live.

Discounted Private Facilitation Session Through 31 May 2020

May 6, 2020 by Jennifer Holik

The current world circumstances have created many things for its citizens. Anxiety, fear, feelings of lack, financial difficulties, job loss or delay, mental health issues, and many other things on the “negative” side of the balance sheet.
On the “positive” side of the balance sheet, some people have chosen to take this time out from our old lives to create, explore, be curious about their lives, family patterns, genealogy, military history, and really looking at what they would like their life to look like when restrictions are released and we step into this new reality.

To help more people have the opportunity to work with me to help them explore their families, create something new in their life, or discuss other topics, the fees for my private facilitation sessions purchased in the month of May have been reduced.

what are facilitation sessions?

Facilitation sessions are an opportunity to work with me privately on any topic you need to discuss. This is not therapy. This is a combination of intuitive healing, energy healing, connecting with your higher self, Source/God/Creator/Spirit, and any other helpers who are there for your highest good. Throughout sessions I ask people a lot of questions they journal on later or meditation on. Sometimes there is “homework” for them to explore an aspect of what we talked about.

Clients have discussed topics such as: adoption, DNA, inherited trauma, creating a new business, relationships, meditation, healing modalities, choosing for themselves, removing blocks, writing, research, and more. The possibilities are endless.

You can watch a short video and explore the sessions  on the Finding the Answers Journey website.
